Well-Being Survey

Emergency Medicine Attending Physicians are invited to participate in a survey about mental health and well-being. This is an anonymous survey and the results will help to better understand the risk and protective factors of stress and mental health issues among Emergency Medicine Attending Physicians.

The survey will take 15-17 minutes to complete, and if you decide to provide your name, you will be entered into a drawing for one of two $75 gift cards. Names will be stored separately from your survey responses.
