MOCEP held the Student Symposium on Emergency Medicine on June 12 in Columbia, Mo. to share information on our specialty with medical students. The event included tips on applying to EM, how to shine during rotations, wellness, and an overview of fellowship opportunities after residency. Missouri EM residency programs participated with an overview of their programs and round table discussions to between the programs and student attendees. The day ended with an airways skills lab. We appreciate all the speakers and students that participated in this event.
