The Speaker Hub provides a one-stop-shop for all of the necessary paperwork and information needed for the MOCEP Emergency Medicine Symposium. This includes necessary forms, a quick list of all deadlines, a convenient place to upload your presentation as well as information about the event for speakers. We hope that by having all of this information in one place, you can easily find what you need without having to search through multiple sources or keep track of emails.

Deadlines
- January 30, 2026 – Conflict of Interest form completed (See link below.)
- January 30, 2026 – Speaker form completed. (See link below.)
- March 1, 2026 – EMerging Speakers forum (residents) complete all forms by this date.
- May 15, 2026 – Presentation due to MOCEP (See form below.)
Presentation Guidelines
- Each speaker will be provided information on the amount of time they are allotted to present. We ask that you stick in that allotted time to allow us to stay on schedule. (Tip: plan for a 20-minute presentation if allotted 25 minutes as most speakers exceed their planned time by about 15%!)
- Presentations must be emailed in advance (see deadline above), and you can email it to [email protected], or upload it through the form at the bottom of this page.
- Presentations must also be provided on a flash drive, we ask that you not bring your own computer as this can cause technical issues, which consume a lot of time. Presentations will be uploaded in advance to the computer that will be used by speakers. It’s safe to always bring the presentation on a flash drive just in case you made updates or there are technical issues.
Conflict of Interest Form
All speakers are required to complete a conflict of interest (COI) form in order for MOCEP to provide CME to Symposium attendees. Please complete this form by January 30. Click here for instructions and a link to complete the COI.
Speaker Form
In order to have great content to promote our Symposium and to promote you as a speaker, we ask all speakers to complete this form by January 30. Click here to complete the Speaker Form.
Presentations
Please submit your presentation by May 15. The presentations will be uploaded to a private page on this website for conference attendees to access.
