Every other summer, MOCEP holds a strategic planning retreat for board members. This was the year for that retreat and we came back from the retreat with a plan to implement over the next two years. While we know some of the efforts are long term and will go well beyond the two-year time frame, some are being addressed by the MOCEP committees right now. You can view the strategic plan here.
