The Department of Health and Senior Services are conducting a study to determine the comfort and knowledge level of healthcare providers in treating patients with sickle cell disease. Your participation will include completing a short 10-minute survey about the care you provide for patients with sickle cell disease. Participation is voluntary, confidential, and will help inform the development of concrete interventions to improve provider knowledge and ultimately optimize patient outcomes in this population.
