The following physicians were elected or re-elected. Overall, MOCEP was able to support several members that either won their election or re-election bids. 

•         Rep. Jim Neely, D.O., will be returning for his fourth and final term in the House of Representatives.  Dr. Neely represents the area in and around Cameron.  The past few years, he has had a seat on the Health and Professional Registration committees. 

•         Rep-Elect Jon Patterson, M.D., is a surgeon who will be representing the Lee’s Summit area in the House.    

•         Sen. Bob Onder, M.D., won his re-election bid in the state Senate.  Dr. Onder has been a tremendous friend to Missouri physicians throughout his tenure in the Senate.  Last year, he gave a big boost to us while we duked it out with Anthem.
