MOCEP recently added information to our website about the Engaging Patients in Care Coordination (EPICC). The MOCEP office was seeing weekly calls asking questions on EPICC and wanted to create a resource for our members and patients interested in learning more. The new web page, https://mocep.org/about/epicc/, has contact information for the EPICC Administration in Missouri.
