In 2017, DHSS established a statewide TCD Task Force composed of key industry leaders to identify opportunities for growth that could help put Missouri’s program among the nation’s best. Over the next two years the Task Force worked on a variety of potential projects including this report to provide stakeholders with the program’s history, a summary of the current state of the program and plans for the future.
