The Missouri College of Emergency Physicians is hosting the Missouri Emergency Medicine Symposium (MO EM Symposium) to bring together emergency physicians from around the state.

The exhibit area will be open to attendees all day on May 2, with dedicated time for attendees to visit the booths throughout the day. Exhibitors will be able to join conference attendees for lunch.

Exhibitors

  • The event will be held at AC Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield 16461 Wild Horse Creek Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017
  • Exhibitors will be featured on Friday, May 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Conference begins at 9:00 a.m.
  • Exhibitors may set up beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, April 5.
  • Exhibit booth fee is $850 per booth. Booth sizes are 8 ft x 6 ft. Booths include one 6 ft. table and two chairs.
  • Fee includes two exhibitors. Local COVID regulations will apply.
  • Exhibitors will receive a printed list of attendees at the conference and will be listed as an exhibitor in the conference handouts to attendees.

Additional Attendees:

The exhibitor and sponsorship fees include two attendees (Unless otherwise noted. Break sponsor does not include registration for attendees.) Additional registrations may be purchased at $50/person.


Hotel Accommodations:

A small room block has been established for conference attendees and exhibitors at the rate of $189.00 per night. Deadline to receive this rate is April 2, 2025.

Directions for setup:

Exhibit set up is at 7:30 AM on Friday, May 2.

Breakfast foods and beverages will be available in the exhibit hall in the morning. Registration opens at 8:30 AM. Should you need to arrive for set-up earlier than 7:30 AM, please contact me directly. Each booth includes a table and two chairs. Please note, we do not supply pipe and drape, so your signage will need to be stand-alone or displayed on a tablecloth.
